1981年 新潟県生まれ。2004年 武蔵野美術大学卒業。
日本の80年代～90年代のアニメ、特撮、玩具などの表現をベースにユーモラスなものからファッションを意識したものまで、主に少し未来に設定したオリジナルキャラクターを使って集合感や多様性や連続性に着目し作品を制作している。
“でんぱ組.inc”、“YUKI”、“Little Glee Monster”のジャケットや“コンバース”、“Red Bull”、“日清カップヌードル”の広告に起用されるなど国内外で活躍中

Masanori Ushiki
Artist / Character Designer
Born in Niigata, Japan, in 1981. Graduated from Musashino Art University in 2004.
Based on expressions from Japanese animation, Tokusatsu live-action, and toys of the 80s and 90s, he creates works ranging from humorous to fashion-conscious, focusing on a sense of collectivity, diversity, and continuity, mainly using original near-futuristic characters.
He has been active in Japan and abroad, having been featured on the jackets of "Dempagumi.inc," "YUKI," and "Little Glee Monster," and in advertisements for "Converse," "Red Bull," and "Nissin Cup Noodles".
